Liptyper is a product name of INITIATOR LLC. The Mac app is signed as "Developer ID Application: INITIATOR LLC" so the name on the app matches the name on this page.

Payments and tax

Purchases go through Gumroad, which is the merchant of record for the sale. Gumroad takes the payment, issues the receipt, and collects and remits VAT, GST, and sales tax where those apply. The charge on your statement comes from Gumroad, not from INITIATOR LLC. INITIATOR LLC is a US company and is not separately VAT-registered in the EU.

What you are buying

Liptyper is a one-time purchase of a downloadable macOS application for Apple Silicon Macs. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The requirements are listed before purchase; the app needs Microphone, Accessibility, and Automation permissions to work.

Consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK

Distance purchases normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. For a digital download that right can end as soon as the download begins, if you agreed to that at checkout. Separately from any of that, our own refund policy gives you 14 days: if Liptyper does not work on your Mac and support cannot fix it, you get your money back. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence apply regardless of anything written here.
